  5. Save on every trip you make with the Olympus app.

What does my invoice look like?

On your invoice, you get an overview of the mobility expenses made by you and your employees over the past month.

The correct VAT rate is automatically indicated.

You can easily pay your invoice in the Olympus app or via direct debit.

You will also find an overview of your already-paid invoices.

How does the Olympus app work as a business owner?

After downloading the Olympus app, you create a company profile. You also choose your mobility profile.

Next, you set a deposit. This deposit determines the upper limit for mobility expenses made by you and your employees. You will never spend more than this amount. This way, you always maintain control.

Then, you create accounts for your employees in the Olympus app. They will receive an email with the necessary explanations.

Once these steps are completed, you get access to over 35 mobility services in one app.

Every time you or your colleagues purchase a ticket for one of these services in the Olympus app, the mobility expense is added to the monthly invoice. The invoice automatically displays the correct VAT rate.

How does the Olympus app work for my employees?

After creating their account, your employee receives a login via email and a PIN code via SMS.

When he or she downloads the Olympus app, they simply login.

Next, your employee gets access to the app. They receive an overview of their budget and available mobility services.

When making a trip, they purchase their tickets in the Olympus app. That expense then appears on your monthly invoice.

You also previously determined the deposit for your company. That’s your upper limit. Expenses will never exceed that amount. You maintain control.

How do I activate an account for my employees?

  1. Open the Olympus app
  2. Go to ‘Settings
  3. Click on ‘Employees‘, at ‘My Company’
  4. Click on ‘Add’
  5. Enter the details and set the budget
  6. Your employee will receive the necessary login credentials
