What's the Olympus Mobility platform?

Olympus Mobility offers a Mobility-as-a-Service platform that integrates 35+ mobility services in one app. Employees get to buy digital tickets with the app. At the end of each month, the HR or Mobility Manager only receives one invoice with all mobility expenses.

The Olympus Mobility platform is the only solution where both the manager and the employee save time and administration.

How does the Olympus Mobility platform work?

As a mobility manager, you get one management portal to create users, activate mobility services, determine budgets and kilometre allowances and more. At the end of each month, you receive one invoice with all mobility expenses. This saves you hours on administration.

Meanwhile, employees get one app to buy digital tickets. It’s their ‘one-stop mobility shop’. They choose from the activated mobility services and use their budget to pay for their journey. They always pick their preferred mode of transport and never have to wait for a reimbursement again.

Which mobility budgets are available?

  • The federal mobility budget: a tax-friendly budget that employees can spend on an environmentally friendly company car, sustainable mobility and housing.
  • A business budget: used for professional trips.
  • A commuting budget: used for trips to and from the office.
