That’s about to change. Olympus Mobility has launched Mobility Matcher, the alternative mobility planner that helps employees make faster and more informed travel choices.
How Does the Mobility Planner Work in the Olympus App?
The strength of Mobility Matcher lies in its simplicity. With the Olympus app, you could already see which mobility options were available nearby. That functionality has now been expanded. From now on, you can also check how easily your destination can be reached using flexible alternatives. Feasibility is shown with a clear green, orange, or red score. From there, you can quickly explore your options: train, bus, tram, bike, or shared mobility. You choose the option that suits you best.
Once you’ve made your choice, you plan your route directly in the app, buy the necessary tickets, and you’re on your way. From that moment, the Olympus app guides you step by step through your journey. And the best part: everything is fully integrated in one app, including bike routes.
The beta version of Mobility Matcher has been available in the Olympus app since November 2025. Employees can try out the feature and share feedback. This way, travel options are continuously refined based on users’ needs and preferences.
Is Mobility Matcher a Route Planner?
Mobility Matcher is more than a route planner. Yes, it gives you travel routes. But it also shows nearby mobility options, how reachable your destination is, and lets you buy all required tickets on the spot. Everything happens directly within the Olympus app, no need for multiple apps or complex tools.
This helps employees to easily discover how to travel smarter and faster, and encourages them to choose sustainable alternatives instead of the company car.
