How to get started with Olympus Mobility
Discover the Olympus platform
Get to know the platform with our mobility advisors, Bert, Jonathan or Vincent. They’ll answer all your questions.
Set up your account
Fill in your company info and create your account.
After confirmation, you’ll get your login details for the Olympus portal plus a quick-start guide.
Set up employee accounts
Access the management portal and create accounts for your team. Employees get a confirmation email with instructions, the app download link, and login info. Their unique PIN is sent by SMS.
Set budgets
Assign each employee a(n) (un)limited monthly or yearly budget. This can be applied to the federal mobility budget, commuting budget, and business budget.
Top up your company budget
Your company budget is the ‘pot of money’ employees use for their travel.
When you set a minimum threshold, you’ll automatically get a reminder to top up the budget. This way, you prevent employees from running out of funds.
Employees hit the road
Once employees have installed the Olympus app and have a budget, they can purchase digital transport and parking tickets.
With each purchase, the amount is automatically deducted from your company budget. As long as the budget isn’t exhausted and the employee hasn’t reached their personal limit, they continue enjoying simple, flexible mobility.
